The CLAD‑BOY® is the original outdoor vacuum lifter that’s perfectly adapted to real construction site conditions. Fitted with all‑rounder suction plates, it tackles sandwich panels, trapezoidal sheets, fire‑protection boards, and cladding materials with ease—whether wall-mounted, sloped, or horizontal. Built tough, the CLAD‑BOY is fully weatherproof, impact-resistant, and lightweight—ready for years of rugged use.
Thanks to its intelligent, battery-powered vacuum generator with Ecomatic control, the CLAD‑BOY delivers up to 70 % longer battery life and fast recharges—minimizing downtime on-site. Its modular, hot‑dip–galvanized crossbeams and plug-and-play suction plates permit rapid tool‑free configuration. Setup is quick and intuitive, whether you’re shifting from horizontal roof panels to vertical facade sheets.
High safety standards are built in: digital sensors, audible and visual alarms warn of low battery or vacuum drop, while robust suction plates withstand UV rays and extreme temperatures, boosting service life by 70–80 % over conventional systems. For easy organization, the custom STORE‑BOY XL unit stores the lifter and all attachments securely, even allowing forklift transport of everything needed in one go.
