Klaas Gmbh develops innovative, high-performance and high-quality work appliances for all jobs surrounding roofs and facades – always according to the motto ‘from practical experience – for practical application’. And therein lies the secret of their vast success. Since the first Klaas aluminium crane was developed in 1993, over 4,800 mobile and trailer cranes have been sold worldwide. That makes them number one.

Quality has always been a priority at Klaas. That is why they produce the vast majority of components at the Ascheberg plant themselves and only buy in a few materials. In order to maintain and develop our high quality standard over the long term, a few years ago they decided to set up an effective quality management system, which has been accredited in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard which is recognised worldwide.

This tremendous depth of production not only ensures high-quality products, but also allows Klaas to react quickly and flexibly to the needs of the customers and to market requirements.
